| What
is the process for having a JPEG file restored? |
| First, if you are a lab or studio fill out the Reseller
Information form to receive wholesale pricing and give us the
needed information to automate your order process. |
| When you have a JPEG file to send for services or need a quote,
first, go to the Get A Quote / Place An Order page and
place an order. Then go to the Upload page
and upload your JPEG file. We'll look at your file and instructions
and send a quote by email (usually the same day) along with the
time schedule. We'll then wait for your 'go-ahead' before doing
any work. Quotes are free and you are under no obligation to continue
with the order. |
| The quote we send by email will have a link on it to click if
you want to go-ahead with the order (you can also just reply to
the email with your go-ahead). If you click the link it will open
your browser and take you to a web page where you can make changes
or additions, and click 'go-ahead'. You will then be taken to another
page to select the method of payment.
You can pay then or wait until the order is ready. |
| After the order has been completed and payment received, we'll
upload the finished JPEG file to our FTP server and notify you by
email that it is available for downloading
(if payment hasn't been received, we'll send an email invoice and
upload the file after we receive your payment). |
| You can use the Order Status page
to track and view the details of your orders. |
| |
| What
ppi (or dpi) do I need to scan at? |
| Set the dpi when scanning to produce the file size needed for
the largest print to be printed. Check the file
guidelines page for needed file sizes. |
